Turn your maple evaporator into a wood-fired cooking surface

Steel Replacement Plates for Maple Evaporators Pans

Get more use out of your evaporator outside maple syrup season with these steel replacement plates designed to replace the pans. Once installed, they transform your evaporator into a versatile wood-fired cooking surface, perfect for cooking, heating pots, and preparing meals over a wood fire.

Built from durable steel, these plates allow you to make full use of the heat generated by your evaporator when it is not being used for maple syrup production.

Certain models can be equipped with removable stove rings, providing direct access to higher heat for rapid boiling and accommodating different pot and kettle sizes.

Practical and durable, these replacement plates are an excellent way to extend the usefulness of your evaporator throughout the year while enjoying authentic wood-fired cooking.
