Airtight evaporators with air draft control

Bilomax 1.3 evaporators introduce Bilomax draft control, providing more precise airflow management while maintaining the proven performance standards of the Bilomax lineup.

They include all the core Bilomax features, such as a sealed combustion chamber with an airtight, insulated door, a black painted steel front, sealed joints for optimal efficiency, and an Econo-Wood 3-speed forced draft system.

Bilomax 1.3 models are also equipped with a stack temperature gauge and a manual stack draft control key, allowing for simple, reliable, and consistent boiling control.

Bilomax 1.3 evaporators are available in multiple sizes, starting from 2' x 6' up to 4' x 16', to match a wide range of production needs.
